Kidney Stones

Hematuria (blood in the urine)

Evaluation for bloody urine (hematuria) may include:

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) - Male Bladder Control Problems

We offer in-office treatments to manage your urinary difficulties. You walk in and out of the office the same day to have this treatment. No needles or catheters required for the majority of patients!

Laser prostate procedure (Holmium laser) achieves similar results as the traditional TURP ("roto rooter" or "reaming out"), but is usually performed as an outpatient procedure in the hospital.

Even the traditional "roto rooter" (TURP) is enhanced and made safer using the latest and safest technology currently available (saline solution bipolar resection).

Bladder Control Problems

• Evaluation of bladder function prior to treatment options through complex urodynamics.
• Male and female urinary incontinence
• Minimally invasive female incontinence treatments (such as MiniArc, TVT, TOT, and TVT Secur) are among the many procedures performed.
• Artificial urinary sphincters are also implanted.
• Vaginal prolapse repairs are also performed.
• Pelvic floor reconstruction for cystocele (fallen bladder) and rectocele on an outpatient basis.

Bladder Cancer

We offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment options. These include many in-office procedures to diagnose the type of bladder cancer. Also, available are other minimally invasive treatment options, which maybe combined with intravesical (medicine placed in bladder) chemotherapy/ immunotherapy.
 

Kidney Cancer

A full range of treatment options available, including freezing of small tumors and removal of cancer and laparoscopic removal of diseased kidney.
 

Prostate Examination & Prostate Cancer

We offer Prostate cancer screening and surveillance.

• We offer hormonal therapy.
• We offer radiation therapy, including radiation "seeds" (brachytherapy) treatment as well as other methods of therapy such as Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT).
• Determine risk of cancer spread using the Partin Table.
• Use nomograms to predict various aspects of prostate cancer treatment outcomes (note: this information may be somewhat confusing. Please use in consultation with your physician.)
• For select patients, chemotherapy may be indicated.

Varicocele repairs are sometimes performed to improve fertility.
